Reshipment Policy Overview

Please read this carefully before placing your order. By ordering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Reship Policy terms.

Tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to the sender

If the reason for the package return is the customer’s absence at the specified address or refusal to accept the package, reshipment will only be arranged once the customer covers the logistics costs.

If the reason for the return is unspecified, a free reshipment will be provided only after the package is returned to the sender.

Tracking information has stopped updating

A free reshipment will be provided only if tracking information has not been updated for more than 20 business days from the shipment date, or if the package has been returned to the sender.

Package seized by customs

A free reshipment will be made if the customer provides a document confirming the seizure of the package by customs (a seizure letter), or if the package is returned to the sender.

If the customer does not provide a customs seizure document and the package is not returned to the sender, a free reshipment will not be offered.

Package returned to sender

Once the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be notified via email.

Damaged products or parcel

Although we take great care in packing each product and wrapping the parcel in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely, we cannot control postal services or their staff. In rare cases, parcels may arrive dented, and products may be damaged. In such cases, we will fully compensate you for the damages.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the EU and UK, and up to 14 days for international orders. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue and arrange a reshipment if necessary.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we ship worldwide to any address, including PO Boxes, business addresses, and any other location. Wherever you are, we can deliver to you!

Where are you shipping from?

We ship from the European Union, using various warehouses located within the region

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, all parcels are shipped without the need for a signature or ID upon delivery
