Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of hilmabiocare.ws and orders placed with Hilma Biocare Shop. They explain how the shop operates and the responsibilities of each party.
Access to the Shop
The shop is intended for people aged 18 or over. All use of the website must comply with applicable laws. Before placing an order, customers must read these terms and the information provided about their selected products.
Products and Available Information
Product pages describe the characteristics and prices of the items offered. Availability depends on stock levels. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer to agree on a solution or refund the affected item. We will not substitute a different product without the customer’s consent.
Website content is provided for information and does not constitute personalised medical advice. Customers with questions about their health or the use of a product should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Orders, Prices and Payment
Customers must check their selected items and contact details before confirming an order. The amount payable and delivery charges are displayed before confirmation. Subsequent price changes do not affect an order that has already been concluded.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. These currently include card payments, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies and are subject to change. Order preparation begins after payment has been received.
Changes or Cancellation Before Dispatch
An order can be cancelled before dispatch. To request cancellation, change an item or correct delivery details, customers should contact our team promptly and provide their order number. Changes are handled according to the stage of order preparation.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer stop its delivery or change its contents. This operational limitation does not affect statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
Delivery Destinations and Shipping
We deliver throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom and worldwide. Applicable delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in the delivery information on the website.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and make the necessary arrangements to receive their parcel. If a delivery problem occurs, they should contact our team with their order number so that we can investigate.
Errors, Delivery Issues and Reshipment
If an error is our responsibility, including an incorrect, missing or damaged item for which we are liable, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to the customer. Free reshipment is also provided when a parcel is confirmed lost.
If the problem results from a customer error, such as an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel, we review the circumstances individually. Available solutions and any associated charges are communicated to the customer before another shipment is arranged.
To help us resolve an issue, customers should identify the affected items and, where useful, provide photographs of the parcel and its contents. Reshipment arrangements do not limit statutory guarantees or refund rights provided by law. Any other return or refund request can be submitted to our customer service team.
Website Use and Protection of Content
Disrupting the website, bypassing its security measures, introducing malicious software, impersonating another person or unlawfully collecting data is prohibited. Protective measures can be taken in response to abusive or fraudulent use.
Texts, photographs, graphics, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the website does not authorise reproduction or commercial use without the necessary permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Service Availability and Liability
We work to keep the website functioning properly and correct reported errors. Temporary interruptions can nevertheless occur, particularly during maintenance or technical incidents. These interruptions do not affect our obligations concerning orders already concluded.
Links to third party websites provide access to services governed by their own terms. Our liability remains subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy and Customer Enquiries
The processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, available on the website. For questions about these terms, an order or a complaint, please email [email protected].
We review enquiries and complaints to find an appropriate solution. This process does not restrict the customer’s legal remedies. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the relevant rules, taking mandatory consumer protections into account.
Updates to These Terms
These terms can change as the shop’s operations or applicable laws evolve. For an order, the applicable version remains the version accepted when the order was concluded. Later changes do not retrospectively alter the commitments made.
If a provision is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply insofar as they can remain effective independently of that provision.
